The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Robotics Programs for Camps are one-of­-a­-kind educational summer programs geared to stimulate campers’ curiosity in Robotics, Coding, and STEAM education. The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Robotics Program promotes 21st Century Skills, critical thinking, collaborative teamwork, creativity, and adaptability.  The program is designed so that two campers can share one Code & Go Robot Mouse and all of the square maze pieces, rectangular dividers, archways, directional cards, maze cards and cheese that comes with each set. It is recommended that you have one instructor and an assistant per class of 10 campers.

Example: If you have 10 campers in the class, you will need 5 Code & Go Robot Mouse Activity Sets that includes all of the square maze pieces, rectangular dividers, archways, directional cards, maze cards and cheese that comes with each set.

Curriculum Activities

The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Robotics Program camp online curriculum was created to help camp owners/directors establish a robotics program very quickly and with little effort.

The SnappyXO Program includes all the lesson plans needed to run an eight-week camp program for children who have completed grades 1-9.  This curriculum comes with activities aligned to both camp and school themes.  It will provide a basis for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) education. This curriculum is phased into an easy to follow schedule which will provide a helpful road map for your instructors.

The Dash Program includes all the lesson plans needed to run an eight-week camp program for children who have completed grades 1-5.  This curriculum comes with activities aligned to both camp and school themes.  It will provide a basis for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) education which integrates technology into science, math, literacy, history and art education.  This curriculum is phased into an easy to follow schedule which will provide a helpful road map for your instructors.

The Code & Go Program includes all the lesson plans needed to run an eight-week camp program for children ages 4-6.  This curriculum comes with activities aligned to both camp and school themes.  It will provide a basis for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) education which integrates technology into science, math, literacy, history and art education.  This curriculum is phased into an easy to follow schedule which will provide a helpful road map for your instructors.

Professional Development

The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Robotics Program Professional Development includes a series of online videos and written instructions.  These developmental videos will enable your camp instructors to learn how the Dash Robot and Code & Go Robot work before your program begins.  It will take them through all the applications that run the Dash Robot and Code & Go Robot and how they should be used with your campers.  This knowledge will empower a staff member who has little to no robotic skills and enable them to run your program.

Program Options, Implementation and Marketing Outreach

The Program Options, Implementation and Marketing Outreach Recommendations have been created by Extreme STEAM Science Kids after years of offering this program. The Extreme STEAM Science Kids Program Options & Implementation will help a camp owner/director understand how to set-up a robotics program and how it can generate additional income and interest.  It provides an example so individual camp owners/directors can create their own customized approach for their clientele. The Program Options & Implementation details a variety of ways to structure and schedule your program, Enrollment Charges and Projections, Return on Investment, and Target Audiences. The Program Options & Implementation have been instituted by several organizations with significant financial returns. The Marketing Outreach Recommendations provided by Extreme STEAM Science Kids offers suggestions on how you can let your community know this program is being offered.  It provides you with the ability to align your camp with STEAM education which is the “BUZZ” word today.  This gives you another tool to attract educationally minded families to your camp.
